Snow birds

Every now and again, you have a day at work, when the weather the subject and the opportunity to capture wonderful images have perfect synchronicity. Today was one of those days, I even had a chance to hand feed Penguins from Chile, yes they were shivering before you ask :)

On cold winter mornings, the opportunities for fabulous images are bountiful, spider's webs, holly bushes all look beautiful when covered in crisp sparkling frost.

Winter just gets better

Winter is a great excuse to get out the camera and take some shots for this years christmas cards or Calendar the light is fantastic and the opportunity to catch action endless.

Ice fountain

Sometimes its a case of processing a picture, to realise the image you have in your head when you take the photograph. With this picture I was always going to work it up to an almost painting style
